Shipping & Return Policies
Our preferred shipping courier is Canada Post, therefore shipping costs are calculated using Canada Posts automated software. Shipping costs vary from order to order as they are based on multiple variants such as weight, size, and location.
Returning an Item:
In order for us to accept a return, you must first contact us to set and meet with our return requirements. We DO NOT provide cash, debit, or credit card refunds, we only offer exchanges, or online/store credit. The item must be in its' original, unused condition(unless there is a manufacture defect) in order to qualify for a return. You must return the item within 10 days of your received purchase.
**Please note: For an exchange, there will not be a restocking fee, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Orders Processing Times
Orders received on working days will be processed within 48 hours.
Please email us at email@example.com to request an exchange/store credit. After our confirmation to accept a return, please mail back the item to the address indicated by email--no exceptions.
Please include a signed letter stating the reason for return, and the original receipt in the package.
