Customer Service is closed on the weekends and on all Statutory Holidays.

We try our best to answer all emails as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours), but, as a small business it may take up to 2 business days to get back to you.

 

How can I return a product for an exchange or online credit?

Please follow the guidelines and procedure on the "Return Policies" page.

 

Can I use a credit that I received in-store as an online credit?

Unfortunately, the store and online inventories are accounted for separately. Therefore, a credit received in-store can ONLY be used in store and a credit received online can ONLY be used online.

 

I ordered a product online, but, you sent me a notification stating that my size is no longer in stock?

This may be due to an inventory variance or that another customer may have ordered the product before you and the order may not have been fulfilled yet. If you would like to know the availability of a product before your order, you can email us at maxsfootwearandcobbler@gmail.com and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

 

I am unsure of which size to order?

Please refer to our "Sizing and Fit Guide".

 

I am concerned about calf width (shaft width), heel height and other measurements, what should i do?

In the description of every product, we provide measurements such as heel height, platform height, height and calf width (shaft width). In addition to this we suggest that you also check out our "Sizing and Fit Guide" to help you make your decision. The information on our "Sizing and Fit Guide" are guidelines and therefore there may be some irregularities and differences from brand to brand. Will the product match the colour shown on my screen? 

All images taken of our products are high definition, however, due to the different types of monitors and lighting available the colour may differ. If you have any specific questions about a specific style and colour, feel free to email us at maxsfootwearandcobbler@gmail.com

 

Do we price match other websites and/or stores?

We DO NOT price match any other websites and/or stores.

 

Why are some products available only available online?

The products that are available online only usually are past seasons' styles or sale items. Since space in the store can be limited, especially when the fashion seasons change, some products are moved to ONLINE only.
